In my opinion,the study in America is more interesting .Teachers pay attentions to training students skills in thinking in realastic life not to emphasis on the importances of memories.In a addition,the rate of going to school ,the salary of teaching ,and the job of gruduates are quite different,too.I should say that Chima government should make great efforts to improve its teaching syetem.I am also expect to be one day ,the West give more cheers to our country.

春节到了，我们一家人也都想以前过年一样回了老家。大街小巷人流如潮，街道两旁，买烟花炮竹的小摊子随处可见，家家户户张灯结彩，喜气洋洋。男女老少个个脸上都洋溢着欢快的笑容。到处都散发着节日气息。

春节是中国的传统节日，而除夕之夜吃饺子也是传统项目之一，百姓们经过一年的辛勤劳动，在岁末休息调整，辞旧迎新，岁岁年年，周而复始。百姓们的生活如此，已经形成了惯例，紫禁城里的皇族们是否也遵从民间过春节的文化传统，除夕之夜包饺子吃呢?

饺子是一种深受我国人民喜爱的食物，也是一种年节食品，有一句民谣说的是“大寒小寒，吃饺子过年”，正是形象的表现出了饺子这种食品在中国人民心中不可替代的地位。中国人吃饺子的历史是比较悠久的，据三国时期魏人张揖编著的《广雅》中记载，当时已经出现类似的食物了，形如月牙，称为“馄饨”。到了南北朝时，馄饨“形如偃月，天下通食”。据推测，那时的饺子煮熟以后，不是捞出来单独吃，而是和汤一起盛在碗里混着吃，所以当时的人们把饺子叫“馄饨”。这种吃法一直延续下来，而混沌仍然是人们日常生活中一道非常重要的食品。大约到了唐代，“饺子”的形状与现在的饺子已经基本没什么出入了，而吃法也以现在的吃法一模一样了，即将煮好的饺子捞出来成在盘子里。宋代时称饺子为“角儿”，它是后世“饺子”一词的词源，这种写法，在其后的元、明、清及民国间仍可见到。除了上述称法，元代时还称饺子为“扁食”，明代也沿用了这个说法，万历年间沈榜的《宛署杂记》记载：“元旦拜年，作匾食”。刘若愚的《酌中志》载：“初一日正旦节，吃水果点心，即匾食也。”到了清代时，出现了诸如“饺儿”、“水点心”、“煮饽饽”等有关饺子的新的称谓。

在特殊的日子吃饺子代表着特殊的意义，多为吉庆祥和的象征。例如，民间长者过生日的前—天必吃饺子，称之为“子孙饽饽”，意在祝愿福寿绵绵、子孙满堂。结婚.入洞房后也要先吃煮得半生的饺子。以祈祝早生贵子。除夕晚上。一家老少一起包饺子。待子时一到全家人—起吃饺子，取“岁更交子”之意。饺子的吃法也是多种多样的，水煮的叫“水饺”，上屉蒸的叫“蒸饺”，在铛中烙的叫“锅贴”。可见，民间在喜庆、吉祥的日子有吃饺子的习惯，与民同庆的皇室也深受民间传统文化的影响，在节庆之日吃饺子。

清代，饺子作为一种喜庆的食物，配合节日的氛围，形成了许多约定俗成的习俗，作为国之表率的清代皇室自然要紧紧承袭传统的民俗文化。

清代，皇帝大婚之时就要吃饺子。据《清宫述闻》中对同治皇帝大婚入洞房的情景有这样的记载：“……皇上、皇后坐龙凤喜床，食子孙饽饽……至晚，皇上、皇后用长寿面。”这里面所说的“子孙饽饽”，就是饺子。

当然，每逢辞旧迎新之时，饺子是必不可少的，这不仅寓意“岁更交于”，更重要的是表示不忘祖宗。因为在清朝入关之前，满族就有过年吃冻饺子的生活习惯。

清代皇帝在除夕子时这一重要时刻，先要进行一系列的瞻拜仪式，然后再开始吃饺子。

皇帝的瞻拜活动，是在总管太监引导下进行的，本来没有绝对严格的时间规定。但是，御膳房的厨役们对煮饺子的时间，必须要掌握得十分准确，皇帝一到昭仁殿，饺子就要出锅，旋即端上膳桌。对此，时间的掌握就尤其重要，清宫规定，元旦前后，皇帝出门、入门，都要放纸炮作前导。御膳房根据炮声的远近，就可以推测出皇帝的行踪。例如嘉庆四年除夕，当嘉庆帝在奉先殿行礼毕，下台阶时，膳房即开始煮饺子，他刚到昭仁殿，太监立刻传：“送万岁爷煮饽饽一品!”嘉庆坐稳后，首领太监捧进红色雕漆飞龙宴盒一副，内置“三阳开泰”瓷碗两件：一碗内装素馅饺子6个，另一碗内有乾隆通宝、嘉庆通宝各一个。皇帝吃完饺子后，小太监用瓷碟盛饺子一个、红薹一块供在昭仁殿的小佛堂前，以示敬佛。而清宫的《膳食档》中还记载了光绪过年吃肉馅饺子的情景;“正月初一，万岁爷在养心殿进煮饽饽。第一次进猪肉长寿菜馅煮饽饽十三个;猪肉菠菜馅煮饽饽十三个。”

One legend goes that the beast Nian had a very big mouth that would swallow a great many people with one bite. People were very scared. One day, an old man came to their rescue, offering to subdue Nian. 终于，我盼望已久的春节总算来临了，当然，每到这一天，大家都会各自忙自己的事，准备吃的、用的、穿的、放鞭炮、穿红大衣……我们家也不例外。晚饭过后，我硬拉着爸爸带我到广场上去放烟花，爸爸经不起我的软磨硬泡，只好答应了。

来到广场，那里一片人山人海、热闹非凡，有的做游戏，有的散步，有的唱歌跳舞……你瞧那个四五岁的小女孩，先拿出烟花往地上一放，点上火，然后迅速跑开，随着烟花“嘭”的升天声，她脸上露出了会心的一笑。

放烟花的时间终于到了。“嘭嘭嘭”，许多烟花都升天了，抬头仰望，你看，那烟花多美呀，像一位位婀娜多姿的仙女在翩翩起舞，像一只只蝴蝶在展翅飞翔，又好像许多绽开的花朵在与星星聊天……真是无比生动!

看着那一张张笑脸，我也忍不住跃跃欲试，随后，我也拿出烟花，点了火，烟花陆续升天，我高兴得拍着手跳了起来。朵朵“鲜花”把深蓝的夜空装扮得绚丽多彩，似乎比那春天还要充满生机、充满快乐，仿佛是一幅栩栩如生的图画。

我们的中华民族是伟大的国家，是历史悠久的国家，尤其是那些富有中国文化历史的传统节日，真是让许多外国人赞不绝口，我真为我是中国人而感到骄傲、自豪!

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings，we can have a big meal in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programs.
