今年的暑假我过得既快乐又充实，因为我游览了山东日照—这个素有中国海滩第二乡美称的地方。

我是8月4日从南京出发的，我和我的好朋友一路有说有笑，全程大约五个多小时，不知不觉我们就到达了日照，在8月4日、5日、6日这三天里我们一共游览了金沙滩—人民广场、银沙滩—国家海滨森林公园和黑沙滩—万平口这三个主要景点。

人民广场的水质十分清澈，海边小岛上还有游动的小鱼和寄居蟹，但这里的沙子很硌脚，远没有国家海滨森林公园的细软。我们还了解到再过几个月这里就要举办第三届水上运动会了，到时候会有很精彩的赛事。这三天中让我最难忘的就是第二天了，那天的天气格外的晴朗，我在国家海滨森林公园里早早就换好了泳装，拿上游泳圈，向海边跑去。

当我第一眼见到大海时，就兴奋的向大海冲去，边跑边喊，享受着大海带给我们的清凉与快乐，享受着阵阵海风，看着一朵朵白色的浪花在脚边荡漾，我舒舒服服的躺在游泳圈上，任凭海浪把我高高地托起、抛下，欢乐声此起彼伏。

不知道玩了多久玩累了，我们几个好朋友又跑到沙滩上去抓螃蟹。抓螃蟹可是体力活，没有耐心和恒心是绝对抓不到这个机灵的小家伙的，我首先拿了一根小树枝，在每个地方都拨一下，可是我想这样肯定很难找到，我突然想到了以前在百科全书上看到的资料，螃蟹的洞是圆孔状的，大约只能放进一粒药丸，我根据这个线索找到了小洞，拨开泥土在下面五厘米的地方有一只小螃蟹，我屏住了呼吸，心怦怦直跳，我想可不能让煮熟的鸭子飞了，我一下抓住了它的爪子，可能是没掌握方法吧，它立马咬了我一口，咬住的地方立即渗出了血，我条件反射的甩掉螃蟹，一边轻轻抚摸着受伤的手一边想：出师不利，手好疼，好累，我干脆放弃吧，不捉了，可是，我转念又想：做什么事都要坚持，不能半途而废，我蒙住它的眼睛不就行了吗？对！说干就干，再一次寻找到目标后，我很容易就把它抓住了，同行的好朋友都说我真厉害，我心里美滋滋的三天的时间很快就到了，我们依依不舍的上了车，告别了山东日照。

通过这次旅行我的到了很多体验，我明白了做什么事都要坚持，要多动脑筋，这样才会有更多的收获，我的暑假因为这次的旅行而变得快乐而充实。

炎热的夏天已经来临，暑假也在和我们打招呼。我高兴得活蹦乱跳。爸爸答应过我暑假要带我去游泳，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。

星期天，姨夫开着车带着我们去南阳的龙湾温泉玩。我们买了饮料和零食。盼望已久的日子终于到了！我们全副武装的准备出发了，我们一共有五人，两个小孩三个大人。当我醒了后就到达目的地了。

我说：“这么快就到了啊”。爸爸说：“是你睡得久吧”。我们兴高采烈的下了车，一见卖票处挤了很多人，爸爸买票买了二十分钟。我们进了门，就见游泳池里有很多人，我们先去换衣，然后就心痒痒的跳下水去了。

瞧！这是个蓝色长方体的游泳池，池水清澈见底。游泳的人真多，有大人、有小孩、还有“中人”。扑腾的一声我和弟弟同时跳下水，溅起了好大的水花，水花从空中落下时，阳光洒在水珠上，水珠就像是一颗颗金黄色的珍珠，美不胜收！我和弟弟玩起了“泼水节”溅起的水花洒在脸上、身上，凉爽极了。水不深也不浅刚到我的下巴。在水里自己玩了一会，我提议比赛潜水，在爸爸的一声令下，我深深地吸了一口气，不管三七二十一，头一低，把脸埋进了水里。嘻，水好像并不那么可怕了。我试着睁开眼，只见一片碧莹莹的水。过了一会儿，我们起来了，只有弟弟没起来，我们都在怀疑，弟弟不可能潜那么久的啊！但还是被我们其中最早上来的人发现了弟弟作弊的全过程。这会儿弟弟才一五一十的说了出来。潜水比赛我得了第一名二十五秒，第二名二十四秒。第二次比赛我和弟弟比游泳看谁快。小姨当裁判，口哨一向，我们使劲往前冲，我赶紧用蛙泳去追他，我不顾一切，拼命蹬腿，可是怎么也追不上。这时，我是最后一名，身体已经筋疲力尽，我心想“我不能这样耗下去，体力不行的。”

于是我灵机一动，就想出来这样的一个办法我会浮在水面上游，我就保持躺在水面，因为他们游泳很大，水也会流动，这样我就利用水力帮我前进。“时间过去了一分多钟，我终于到了终点，我在岸上还看着他们慢慢的游来，他们都体力不支投降了。我又赢了。时间一分一秒的过去，我们大约玩了几小时。爸爸叫我们回去了。我们才依依不舍的走出门口。

清清的池水，映着蓝天白云，我像一条快活的小鱼儿尽情的游来游去，享受夏日给我带来的乐趣，我爱游泳，也爱充满生机的夏天，这是我暑假里最开心的一件事。

坐车去江门的路上，我看到了有高高的松树，美丽的油菜花……不到一眨眼的功夫就到了江门。表弟和表哥先带我去游乐场玩，有似长龙的过山车，恐怖的鬼屋，还有刺激的碰碰车。我坐在过山车上，好紧张。“啊——好爽啊!”我大声说。其实坐过山车一点也不好玩，我都给吓“死”了。

我和表弟表哥去了鬼屋玩，门口的形状是五指山，在往右走30米就是出口了，我走进去一看，一点也不吓人。鬼屋里只有三个机关，一个是跑出来吓你，另一个是拍拍你的肩膀再大叫几声，最恐怖的是第三个，走到前面那个石头旁边，他就会小心翼翼地走到你面前，看着你，只有三厘米的距离。我吃完东西后，就去了动物园。那里有小鹿、老虎等动物。不一会儿我们就出来了，吃完饭，收拾好行李，第二天就向贵阳出发。

第二天，去江门高铁站购票，接下来我们就搭高铁出发了。五个小时的行程，我们一直在聊天，吃零食，睡觉，除此之外，什么也没有发生。

到了贵阳，哥哥说“走，搭的士去黄果树大瀑布吧!”到了目的地，先看见的是长长的楼梯，走到尽头，看见很多美丽的小花。那里还有竹子做的洗手池呢!这里空气好清新啊!我们看到了瀑布，它调皮地奔向河里，如雷贯耳，还溅起了水花，太壮观了。我们观赏后就去了小食街，有很多好吃的，应有尽有。

今天下午，爸爸带我去奥体游泳，我高兴极了，因为我第一次去，一直很期待，每次爸爸都说去，可是都没有去成，这次终于可以去了。可是我又一想：我们两个人玩会无聊的，所以我就邀请了哥哥和叔叔一起来玩。

进了游泳池我和哥哥比赛游泳。开始了!首先我在前面，后来我有点累了，哥哥马上加速“超车了”，最后我一直反超不了，我输了!

然后，我和哥哥对战叔叔和爸爸，我拿着水枪“埋入”水底，哥哥把叔叔和爸爸引过来，我突然从水里冒出来，用水枪攻击他们。我们又有了一个方法，就是“声东击西”我们现用水枪向一个地方喷水，叔叔和爸爸就走了过去，我们从他们的背后攻击。攻击成功了。

眼看日子一天天过去了，我最期待的暑假即将到来了，这次的暑假我一定要好好的充实自己，学英语、素描、数学……等，好好的安排我的暑假生活，让它充实又快乐。

暑假一开始，我马上去学游泳、英语。刚开始在学英语时，老师在讲什么我都听不懂，俗话说得好：「要学就要问」，所以我就把不会的问题勇敢的举手告诉老师，经由老师细心的解释，再加上我已经学了二、叁年，本来对英语懵懵懂懂的我，现在已经可以跟外国人对话了，还可以很流畅的说出一句生活用语。所以学英语对我来说，真是受益良多，我不但没有辜负老师的期望，也没有浪费父母的钱，真是事半功倍啊!

第三、计划要全面，要符合素质教育的基本要求。中学生不能成天只讲读书，智育只是人追求全面发展的一个方面，除此，还有德、体、美、劳等。因此，在制定计划时还要安排锻炼身体的时间、娱乐的时间以及充足的睡眠时间等。

第四、要做到“长计划，短安排”。在一段较长时间内应当有个大致安排，每星期、每天干什么，也应有个具体计划，长远计划可以使具体计划有明确的实现目标;短安排，则可以使长计划的任务逐步落实。

第五、计划要留有余地，不要定得太死，太满，太紧，要留出机动时间，可作必要的补充和安排。

另外，需提醒同学们的是，学习计划不是制定给老师或家长看的，更不是用来装璜门面的，而是指导自己学习行为的准则。计划一旦制定，就要严格执行。计划执行一段时间后，一定要检查计划内的任务是否完成，没有完成计划的原因是什么……通过检查，立即采取相应措施，调整补充计划或排除干扰计划执行的因素等。

小朋友，愉快的暑假即将来临。在这个暑假里，你们有什么安排呢？我的安排是这样的：

暑假中，我要把舞蹈的基本功抓一抓，至少三天练一次，这样就能让我的身体像“面条”一样柔软。在练好基本功的同时，我还要给自己编一个独舞。把它练得滚瓜烂熟，动作做优美，表情更丰富，然后就可以去比赛了。没准还能拿个金奖呢！

徐老师是我最喜欢的一位老师，她讲课与众不同，风格独特。大家都知道，在自己不喜欢写作时，如果老师硬逼着我们写，那么我们只会绞尽脑汁，挖空心思，像挤牙膏似的挤出毫无生气的语句来。而徐老师从不生硬死板地给我们讲解作文的方法，而是联系我们的生活实际，让我们在生活中学作文，由课内延伸到课外，从狭隘的书本拓展到广阔的生活。她在讲作文的时候，还经常联系自己的亲身经历，这更引发了我们极大的兴趣，觉得这样学习不但轻松，而且有趣，也使我们对作文产生了浓厚的兴趣。就如那次来说吧，老师讲怎样写童年趣事，她不但结合例子告诉我们怎样选材，怎样围绕中心来写，怎样安排详略等等，而且还给我们讲她小时侯的故事。有一次，她上山采蘑菇，正当采得起劲儿时，不小心撞上了马蜂窝，吓得她大叫一声，扔下篮子，掉头奔逃，结果还是被一只大马蜂蜇了一下，第二天半边脸肿得老高，样子十分滑稽。徐老师还给我们讲了她小时候的外号“老三扁”的由来：因为她爷爷不太会抱孩子，出门时总是把她夹在腋窝下，日子长了，头就有些扁了，由于她排行老三，人们就给她取了“老三扁”的外号……老师讲得生情并茂，我们听得津津有味，听着这些有趣的故事，我们总能在开怀大笑的同时，领悟到作文的某些真谛。

We all know, summer holiday is a long time. Well how should we speng it? I have a good plan to spend my summer holiday.First, Im going to visit my grandparents.

First, Im going to visit my grandpa--ents for three weeks.

Then,Im doing my homework, sounds boring. "When you finish my home work, we are going to aquarium"my mother says. When I finish my homework,we are going to aquarium, and going to take many photos. I am so happy.Two weeks later Im going to school.

This is my plan to speng my sommer holiday. How about you?

our country has a large area of forest. however,not until recently did the goverment begin to realize the importance of protecting the forest. as we may know from various sources,the government recently adopted a policy called "restore the farmland to the forest"。this has brought much hope to the forest of our country as well as the sustainable development of our country.

Elephant is the largest animal on land today. It weights some ninety kilograms and is about one metre high when born. When it is 12 years old, it studs over three meters and does not grow any more. Elephant is usually grey in color, having a long trunk with large ivory tusks protruding from each side of its mouth. Usually moving in groups and caring for each other, Elephant is know to be a very and gentle creamre. For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. Elephant has been and is a vital tool for people to do many things that would normally be imposs-ible. Elephant is and will continue to be one of the greatest creatures man has ever come into contact with. Its size. beauty, and power willforever be useful to man.

One day in the summer vacation, I and dad after breakfast, came to the gan and fishing.

I take out in advance to buy a good bait, wear on the hook, and threw the hook into the water. Just for a minute or two, and I saw buoy sinking, there must be a fish took. I hurriedly filed a fishing rod, saw a fish hook and sure enough, I hurried to catch the line, the hook from the fishs mouth out

Still entered into with water in a bucket, and then wear good bait on the hook, threw it into the water, such as fish bait quietly.

But, after a few minutes, there is still no fish bait, I have to sit still, want to lift hook, it is, dad talked: "fishing to be patient, it is cant catch fish." I hear the word of the father, continue to wait. But more than ten minutes passed, and still no fish bait. So dad told me to change a place to catch, but still no fish bait, how to return a responsibility? I mentioned a look, originally the bait has been eaten by the slippery fish, I have to replace bait, in a short time, a fish bait. I asked my father: "why just down the earthworm will cause the fish?" Dad replied, "just down the earthworms have a kind of smell, fish smelled the odor will know that there are food, can swim by..."

Now, the summer holiday is coming to the end. I really spend a rich but happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday, because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the holiday, I study at home to finish my homework. There are many tasks I have to finish. Besides, I have to go to the English and mathtraining class, because I am weak inthe two subjects. Therefore, I need some extra training. After that, I visit to my father with my mother. My father works in other province and I have not seen him for half a year. My mother and I miss him very much. We spend near a month with him.When my father is free, he often takes us go out. We are happy together.

现在，暑假就要结束了。我真正度过了一个丰富又快乐的假期。作为一名初中生，我的暑假并不是完全自由的，因为学习仍然是我生活中的一个重要部分。假期的第一天，我待在家完成作业。我有很多作业要完成。除此之外，我还要去英语和数学培训班，因为我这两科比较弱。因此，我需要一些额外的训练。之后，我就和妈妈一起去看爸爸。我爸爸在外省上班，我有半年没见过他了。妈妈和我都很想念他。我们和爸爸在一起度过了将近一个月。爸爸有空的时候经常带我们出去。我们在一起生活得很快乐。

我们都有着快乐的童年，随着年龄的增长，随之而来的烦恼也越来越多，爸爸妈妈管得太多、朋友间不好相处、同学间的误解等等，有时真觉得还不如做一只无忧无虑的小花猫呢。我看过电视剧《成长的烦恼》，我跟西弗有着许多同样的经历，烦恼是我们最讨厌的东西，是我们心中深处的黑暗。

暑假里闲来无事，我让妈妈把我送到新华书店，那是休假时我最爱去的一个地方，那里有各种类型的书籍，想看什么就看什么，每当我心情不好的时候我总要来这里读读书，看看漫画，心情就好多了，那一天我跟往常一样在书架中徘徊，突然一本书映入我的眼帘——《成长不烦恼》，诶，这是谁写的，他没有烦恼吗，我带着疑惑打开这本书，这是一本记载着亮亮的童年的故事书，生活中在我们看来烦心的事，可是对于亮亮来说，却是完全不一样，他靠自己的乐观、积极成功的攻破了他的烦恼。

这一本书主要讲了亮亮的父母因为疾病而卧床不起，亮亮是家唯一的顶梁柱，每天看见别人能上学，他也非常渴望一样能上学。可是因为父母的病需要钱，他没钱上学。靠洗碗挣钱。这些给他带来了非常大的压力、烦恼，最后在别人的帮助之下他能上学了，可惜的是他父母却去世了。他父母去世也给他带来了很大的烦恼，最后他靠自己的学习，最终在学习中有了很大的成就，也找到了快乐和忘记了烦恼。

这一本书给我很大的启示：让我明白了，“烦恼”只是一个名词，最终我们也能在快乐中忘记它，说起来，谁没有烦恼呢?我的烦恼呢?很简单就是自己的学业，人在社会上，如果没有学问，就相当被社会淘汰、出局。在这个社会上没有学问就没有立足之地。所以，我一直想认真学习，可是有时候自己却控制不住自己，玩心太大。我自己一直在改中。可是这些烦恼在我的心中慢慢的忘记了，在我的成长中，烦恼是我的人生中的绊脚石，最后我还是打败了“烦恼”。
