教学中教师要根据教学目标，学生的需要和客观条件，创造性地探索有效的教学方法，要学会活用教法突破难点。我们可以鼓励学生大胆地模仿，带表情说句子。如“I am hungry.”（可以作饥饿状）；“I am thirty.”（可以作口渴状）。在教单词或句子时，我们老师可以带领学生做动作，甚至做夸张的动作或用夸张的朗读语调，孩子们特别喜欢。“big”两手张开画个大圈，“small”用两手指做个特别小的小圈，“strong”出示手臂，并鼓起肌肉，“thin”做一个瘦的动作。学完单词后，老师做出动作，学生就会说出这个单词。

二、多用评价语，真诚激励。

《英语课程标准》的基本理念中对评价案例进行了重新整合和调整，补充了大量的可操作性比较强的评价方式和方法，提到“英语教学中提倡过程性评价方式，把对学生的评价贯穿到平常的学习过程之中。注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。”

因为每个学生，都渴望得到老师的重视和肯定，渴望得到激励和赞许。让每个学生都能享受到鼓励、温暖的阳光，这样无论哪种知识水平、能力、层次的学生都能获得心理上的满足，从而使学生有一种积极向上的源动力。所以教师的评价语应丰富多彩，真诚激励。下面的句子应该多说：Good! Great! Wonderful! You are clever! Don’t worry!

三、面向全体学生、尊重学生的自主选择

《英语课程标准》的教学建议中提到“尊重每个学生，建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道。”平时学生如果主动帮我拿教具，我会向他致谢“Thank you”，若不小心撞到了学生，我会很抱歉地道声“Sorry”……虽然是点点滴滴的小事情小细节，但我希望从中带给学生“师生平等”的观念。

老师因为尊重学生而更关注他们的个性发展，学生因为受到老师的尊重会更乐意亲近老师，也就更加尊敬老师，这种心灵上的沟通和交流，一旦形成健康的双向互动，正面效应就会成倍增长，师生关系也会更加和谐地向前发展。

总之，新课程下的课堂教学，应是通过师生互动、学生之间的互动，共同发展的课堂。它既注重了知识的生成过程，又注重了学生的情感体验和能力的培养。因此，我们在教学中对教材的处理、教学过程的设计以及评价的方式都要以学生的发展为中心，以提高学生的全面发展为宗旨，这才是课改的最终目标。

I have a good neighbour called Chen Ling.I call her Aunt Chen.She is about forty years old.She is not tall but strong.She is an English teacher.She teaches at a junior school.She lives just next to me.Every day we meet two times.Early in the morning when I go to school and it is also time for her to go to work.So we meet for the first time of the day.Then in the afternoon when I return home from school,she goes back home from her school too,so we meet for the second time.What an interesting thing!

Aunt Chen has rich experience in teaching.And she is very kind and friendly.So when I have some trouble with my English,I often go to her for help.Eveytime she can help me work out the problems.

The Bible says, "Love thy neighbor." I agree with this view very much. I live in a rural area. As in most rural areas, this area has plenty of fresh air and luxuriant vegetation. What makes me even happier is the neighbors I have, all of them simple and honest folks. I dont think I can find the like of them in a city. In general, city dwellers, except in their own small circles of acquaintances, see each other as total strangers, and it is not unusual to find people living in the same apartment house brush past each other without showing any sign of recognition, not so much as a nodding of the head. Neighbors are usually compared to our close friends and as such they should help each other if help is sought. My neighbors are all farmers, who are rich, not in material possessions, but in hospitality, and their honesty to help are legendary. For reasons quite obvious, it is important to get along well with our neighbors and avoid quarreling with them over trivialities. I am a good neighbor to my neighbors, and so are they to me. I’m glad I have such good neighborhoods and I have lunch that feel the same as I do.
